This is a very sad story indeed. Doesn’t matter if you are on the right or left. But this quote explains everything.

MANY violent felons around the country, including murderers, rapists, and child molestors, were released from jail within days by liberal judges, with the active support of Vice President Kamala "Chuckles" Harris and her No Bail efforts.
It pays, big time, to be a violent felon in progressive cities, because that makes them the victims, especially if their skin is darker than that of a Swedish librarian in Seattle. On the bright side and if there's any justice in the land, that is highly likely to contribute to a massive reversal in legislative power this fall. |
#1 - Perna pled guilty to all 4 counts he was charged with. If the facts were as Iso claims, why did he plead guilty to all four counts? Remember, Perna pled guilty and was out on bail when he killed himself.
#2 - The bail issue attributed to Harris by Iso in comparision with Perna's death are apples to oranges. Harris supported a movement to do away with cash only bail. Most states do not have cash only bail. Most allow a bond to be posted which costs 10% of the bail amount. In cash only bail states, the wealthy are free until trial. Those of lesser means are stuck in jail. Also, those people who got bail were not felons as Iso claims. They were awaiting trial. Perhaps Iso you recall the old adage - "Innocent until proven guilty"? Perna admitted his guilt, the people who may have received assistance with their cash bail had not. |

Hell, no, I'm not going to prove it here. The news articles run into whole pages and cite endless evidence. That the Left aren't interested in facts isn't my problem to fix. |
