It is a sad day for the East Bay windsurfing community.Steve Walstead passed away this morning. Steve was a dedicated Berkeley and Pt Isabel windsurfer for the last 30 years. Always fun to hang out with, a really great man. He will be missed by his many friends and family.

Wow!
Lincoln High loses another one. Not great graduating in '66.
Glad last time I saw him last summer, he was smiling in his green pickup.
