Wow, I was giving away those kind/size of LWS and old course fins...still have a few left...including Formula 61-70's.
Keeping my 32-44 sizes.

You DO know that standard Formula fins are 70 cm., don't you?
While most of SF Bay racers were using 62-67 cm, the rest of the world was using 70's.
