how hypocritical,

today inspector generals report comes out and finds the lifelong republican head of the FBI broke all the rules in announcing the hillary investigation, giving trump the election.

and even more the lifelong republican who donated money to McCain and Romneys campaign was also found using private emails for FBI business like trump does, the whitehouse under trump does and Bush whitehouse that has several hundred thousand or million missing emails. Remember Condi did as well as her predecessor a former head of national intelligence a general, Gen Powel...

Note Trump is also using an unsecured phone, and his head of national security General Kelly now head of white house was found to have a hacked private phone that was listening and filming all top secret meeting and calls for 6 months. Gee no investigation over that that can have cost us trillions in damages.

This is the most amazing example of a double standard. The liar in chief caught taking 15 boxes of records to Mar-aLago. Including classified documents. Consistently tore documents up and threw them in the toilet. All crimes. What do we hear from the wing nuts? Crickets.

She be goin' down, as proof of her direct involvement in the Russian Conspiracy hoax comes rolling in from records and whistleblowers. It makes Watergate look like eating someone else's sandwich in the office fridge. Whether it costs her prison time or, FAR worse in her mind, the 2024 nomination, remains to be seen.

15 boxes of records including top secret taken to Florida, thrown under the bus by his accountants, who are now saying “yeah, he lied to use too”. Iso’s reaction?

I have to ask, why are you charging up this old thread? Now, look what you've unleashed.

The reason is that Trump revved up the crazies over Hillary’s e-mails. Crickets when they find out (Fox probably didn’t cover it) that Trump took 15 boxes of official records to Mar-a-Lago. But most of them can’t spell hypocrisy.

hoax, trump said he and no one in his campaign made contact with russians, Convicted campaign Manafort gave the Russians metadata to use to go after clinton with Russian money. Trump was pursuing a business deal, and much more. again we know the russians stole americans information that being Clinton.

This person who found the trump computers were talking, his job was to protect the white house and Russians talking with Trump secretly is a matter of national espionage and must be investigated. not investigation russians would be dereliction of duty you communist lover.

most investigated person in the history of mankind without one single grand jury indictment... and I think it only one person they knew indicted and that was for things she did many years before Bill was President. Trumps people and friends are all convicted and many pardoned for not ratting out Trump. Trump has grand jury indictments as well as sexual assult convictions. Only former twice impeached president to be convicted and indicted by grand jury.

'Nothing is off the table': Jim Jordan threatens Hillary Clinton probe in Fox News meltdown

Quote:

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH), chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, threatened to investigate Bill and Hillary Clinton.

During a Sunday interview on Fox News, host Maria Bartiromo asked an animated Jordan if he would consider opening an investigation into the Clintons.

"Do you want to see another investigation of Hillary and Bill Clinton?" Bartiromo wondered. "Because in the Durham report, John Durham wrote that while they were pursuing Trump, they made no effort to investigate the claim that Hillary Clinton was taking money from foreigners for her Clinton Global Initiative and the Clinton Foundation."

"They not only didn't investigate her like they did President Trump, they gave her campaign a defensive briefing!" Jordan exclaimed. "They should have done the same for President Trump because they literally had no evidence."

Jordan said he would talk with his attorneys and House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) before proceeding.

"We're going to give that a good hard look," he insisted. "But nothing is off the table because it is critical the American people understand how their government, their agencies have been turned on, them the taxpayer, and we get all the facts out there."

when you say something this stupid you should be liable to have your law license removed. again what a false equivalency of lying proportions. I am sure trump sent him a check to pay him off for such hate propaganda. Where is that major media calling this ultra right wing morons lies.

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/just-idiotic-ex-trump-attorney-slammed-after-comparing-documents-to-hillary-clinton-s-emails/ar-AA1c7nHt?cvid=0c67db1b6c9e4c9eb7da8f1db1afc4ce&ocid=winp2fptaskbarhover&ei=24

'Just idiotic' Ex-Trump attorney slammed after comparing documents to Hillary Clinton’s emails

Quote:
Timothy Parlatore, an attorney who resigned resigned from representing former President Donald Trump in the Mar-a-Lago documents case, compared his former clients' classified documents to Hillary Clinton's emails Sunday.

The attorney spoke with Meet the Press host Chuck Todd about whether he would be "surprised" if Trump is not charged.

Meet the Press shared a clip of Parlatore's interview, tweeting, "WATCH: Fmr. Trump attorney @timparlatore says the case for not prosecuting Trump over classified docs is similar to that of not prosecuting Hillary Clinton over emails. 'You have to ... take these documents … and prove to [a jury] that it constitutes nat’l defense information.'"

The clip starts with Todd asking Parlatore, "Uh, would you be surprised if the former president isn't charged for something here?"

The former Trump attorney replied, "No, not at all. Not at all. I think this is a case where...you know, you have to evaluate every case based on what are the facts and the law, uh, and is it something that's provable? But then there's also the other atmospherics of, is this something that, um, you know from a discretion point of view, is this something that makes sense? Is this something where it is a slam dunk case where some of these things could be interpreted a few different ways?"

Parlatore added, "And also when it comes to a specific issue like this, um, where we are talking about potentially national defense information. Is it the type of thing where they want to, uh, declassify these things, if they haven't already been declassified, and put them out publicly? You know, there are a lot of additional, um, problems or procedures too have to go through with that type of a case especially when it's politically sensitive."

He concluded, "And I know not a lot of people are gonna agree with this, um, parallel, but to me, even if he did a lot of the things that they're saying that he did. Prosecuting him, the same reasons why you wouldn't want to prosecute him is to why back in 2016, I was of the opinion that Hillary Clinton shouldn't be prosecuted, because there are all of these other problems. You have to, classification is not binding on the jury. You have to actually take these documents, show them to the jury, and then prove to them that it constitutes national defense information."

Full Parlatore: Alleged voice memos about classified docs are 'not at all' damning for Trump

Pro-democracy opinion writer at The Washington Post Jennifer Rubin reacted to the clip via Twitter, saying, "this is just idiotic. the issue isn't classification. it's intent and Trump has confessed publicly. I don't see the utility of having this guy on."

George Conway, contributing columnist at The Washington Post commented, "What does this guy think he's doing?"

News Editor at Mississippi Free Press Ashton Pitman wrote, "Well there's also the fact that Hillary Clinton never actually took or stored classified information on her server, which seems like an important point!"

Counsel at Protect Democracy and former Justice Department attorney Dr. Kristy Parker said, "It's not even close to similar and the issue is not the nature of the documents — it’s the criminal intent and the obstruction (which also establishes intent)."

Director of Michael V. Hayden Center for Intelligence, Policy, and National Security at George Mason University Larry Pfeiffer, wrote, "Wait…I'm confused. The documents that Trump declassified in his mind now need to be declassified to show to a jury to prove they are national defense info? Or are you saying they ARE classified and admitting they were improperly stored? Keep your story straight, Tim."

Former United States Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama Joyce Alene added, "This is an intentional effort to confuse people. The issue that divides Trump from Clinton and others like Pence and Biden, is one of willfulness & intent."
