Windiest day at Crissy in 10 years. Pretty amusing seeing 225 lb guys sailing 4.0.

yes, we went back out but the wind kept building up too much, the swell was less than forecasted, that is when Jse did some filming although I don't think the footage makes any justice to the conditions.

Yes I would have called last Saturday quite windy...
We were at Sherman and after I got blown' off the water on my 3.7 @ 6pm it really came unglued. From what I am told, it appeared that the strongest winds moved from the Bay, East to Sherman after 6pm and at 7pm it was gusting over 60mph (hand held wind meter) Liquid Smoke!!!

What a great day and a wonderful start to the season...

Of all the shots I took that day, this one tells the story the best... It seems to capture the force of the wind and what it can do to you if make a little mistake.
