I'm sure this was an accident because racism is dead:

A tiny fraction of the Trump administration’s coronavirus relief for American farmers — just 0.1 percent of the overall package — went to Black farmers, according to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, who was confirmed in February with strong bipartisan support for a second stint in the role.

In an interview with The Washington Post, Vilsack for the first time noted the extent to which the Trump administration’s response to the coronavirus pandemic exacerbated existing disparities across the American economy.

The distribution of coronavirus relief increased those gaps, he said.

Black farmers received only $20.8 million of nearly $26 billion in two rounds of payments under the Coronavirus Food Assistance Program announced by the Trump administration last April, he said.

Racist scandal lurks in background of Cornyn obstruction of Gupta nomination to DOJ

Quote:

Rachel Maddow revisits a racist scandal from 1999 in Tulia, Texas in which dozens of people were arrested and convicted on bogus drug charges. The crooked cop behind the arrests was given an award by then-A.G., now-GOP Senator John Cornyn, but Vanita Gupta, then-NAACP lawyer, now-Biden DOJ nominee, exposed the travesty of justice and got the cases overturned.

Hmmm ... that didn't work. My post seems blank. Its content is nothing out of the ordinary and it won't even appear in the Preview pane before hitting SUBMIT, so it's not being censored manually. When I QUOTE or EDIT it, it's right there as posted, yet I can't see it in normal view mode. Let's try again:

It should please our foremost race-baiter and all-around hatemonger to no end that it's now considered racist to call this a brown bag lunch:

What's next, mac? Black, yellow, red, green (don't want to piss off any martians), white (we REALLY don't want to piss off any polar bears), purple and pink (not gonna go there), blue (Smurfs of the Planet, Unite!), orange (aka the new black), transparent (the very idea strikes fear into this administration) ...

fugging idiots

iW's PREVIEW function is apparently censoring even the mildest of published articles if they include certain key words. We can type FUCKASHITPISS, but we can't post a link to a really funny article self-described as a parody of where all this stupid wokeness is taking us. This self-admitted faux news article, which the PREVIEW function censors, explained in mock detail why most crayon colors have been eliminated or renamed.

Let’s do it with a 2X4:

From a website called Doubtful Competency comes this:

Crayola Crayons Color Racial Controversy
Imaginary news updates from an alternate universe. Become a follower to be first to hear the news

The ACLU is demanding that Crayola Crayons no longer refer to "Black" and "Red" crayons.  They want them labeled "African American" and "Native American" respectively.  Asian and Hispanic rights  groups are also considering alternative names for the yellow and brown crayons.

An ACLU spokesman said the use of colors only reinforces the negative stereotypes of minority groups and this needs to stop now.

In order to avoid offending anyone now or in the future, Crayola is considering identifying all crayons by number instead of using the potentially offensive descriptions.

The proposed new names are:
1 - White
2 - Orange
3 - Brown
4 - Yellow
5 - Black
6 - Violet
7 - Green
8 - Red
9 - Blue

The NCAA has already filed a complaint demanding that the black crayons have a higher number than the brown and yellow ones.   The Native American Rights Fund is demanding that the Red  crayon be sold in a separate box to preserve it's tribal identity.  All of the groups are objecting to the number 1 being used to replace the white crayon.

Crayola stock prices plunged on the news and there are fears of massive layoffs.  Analysts expect profits to drop sharply and they predict the company will soon be in the Native American.  It could be at least 3 quarters before the company returns to the African American.

Company officials did not comment on a rumor that Crayola may just blend all the colors into one crayon in the future to avoid offending anyone.

The new crayon would be represented by the symbol ¥ pronounced, "The colors formerly know as whiteorangebrownyellowblackvioletgreenredblue".

Officials also refused to comment on  reports that mixed race groups are now objecting to the rumored plan because it perpetuates the mixed race stereotype.   Representatives of the artist formerly known as Prince are reporting that he may file a restraining order preventing the change because it could be confused with his symbol.

Coloring book publishers are studying the controversy and considering the release of new coloring books that contain assorted colored pages with no pictures.  Educators and child psychologists support the plan and say that it will eliminate the embarrassment of coloring outside the lines.  Talks are underway with the minority rights groups to determine in what order the colored pages should be.

Well, the East coast and West coast mikies are competing for max cray cray. There are no hits if you Google “Did ACLU object to the color of crayons?” There are also no hits if you Google “doubtful competency website.” Of course, the fickster may be dabbling in the dark web or the dark arts.

Michigan man pleads guilty to smashing teen's face with bike lock because he was Black

Quote:
DETROIT – Nine months after a Black teenager had his teeth smashed out at a Michigan beach, the man who pummeled his face with a bike chain admitted in federal court that his actions were about hate, attacking the teen because of his race.

Lee Mouat, 43, of Newport, Michigan, faces up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty Tuesday to willfully causing bodily injury to an 18-year-old because of the teen's race. He entered his plea before U.S. District Judge Stephen J. Murphy, III.

The incident happened at Sterling State Park in Monroe, where Mouat confronted a group of Black teenagers, including the victim, Devin Freelon Jr., 18.

Court records show that before Mouat pulled out the bike chain, he told Freelon that Blacks weren't welcome at the beach and that Black lives don't matter.

Lee James Mouat Jr.
The plea agreement, court records and police statements show how the incident unfolded on June 6.

It was about 7:45 p.m. when Freelon heard an unfamiliar man yelling a racial slur in the beach parking lot.

Freelon was retrieving a portable speaker from a vehicle while Mouat yelled racial slurs at his two friends and then started walking toward Freelon, eventually pulling out a bike lock and striking him in the face with it.

According to multiple witnesses, Mouat was upset about the teens playing music, and was making racial comments about the teens as he walked toward the park with his family.

One witness said they heard Mouat say, "I wish someone would say something to me so I can beat them."

Several minutes later, a commotion broke out in the parking lot, where Mouat allegedly told the group "Black Lives Don't Matter" before going to his van and retrieving his bike lock.

A witness said they were anticipating a fight, but at one point, Mout walked away, commenting: "I've got something for you in my car."

The witness assumed Mouat was leaving with his family. Instead, Mouat returned with the bike chain, swung it at the 18-year-old's face knocking him to the ground and swung at the witness but missed.

In his plea agreement, Mouat admitted that he repeatedly hurled racial slurs at the group and said that Black people had no right to use the public beach. Then he struck the teen in the face with a bike lock, knocking out several of his teeth, cutting his face and mouth, and fracturing his jaw. He also admitted to trying to strike another Black teen with the bike lock, but missing.

“Hate-fueled incidents like this one have no place in a civilized society,” Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division Pamela Karlan said in a statement Tuesday.

“The young victim in this case suffered tremendously from this vicious, racially motivated attack," said Acting U.S. Attorney Saima Mohsin for the Eastern District of Michigan. "Every individual citizen has the right to not live in fear of violence or attack based on the color of their skin.”

Detroit's FBI chief Timothy Waters added: “Mouat’s hateful and violent conduct, motivated by racial intolerance, was intended to physically harm the victim as well as create fear within the African-American community ... We encourage anyone who has been the victim of or witness to such a crime to report it to the FBI.”

Mouat is to be sentenced on June 24. In addition to facing up to 10 years in prison, he also faces a fine of up to $250,000.

Police Say an Antifa Activist Likely Shot at Officers. His Gun Suggests Otherwise.

SEATTLE — When a U.S. Marshals task force killed a self-described antifa activist in Washington State in September, the Trump administration applauded the removal of a “violent agitator” who was suspected of murder. Last week, local investigators concluded a monthslong homicide inquiry with the announcement that the activist, Michael Reinoehl, had most likely fired at authorities first, effectively justifying the shooting.

But a review of investigation documents obtained by The New York Times suggests that investigators for the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office discounted key pieces of contradicting evidence that indicate Mr. Reinoehl may never have fired or pointed a gun.

While investigators found a spent bullet casing in the back seat of Mr. Reinoehl’s car, and pointed to that as evidence he probably fired his weapon, the handgun they recovered from Mr. Reinoehl had a full magazine, according to multiple photos compiled by Thurston County authorities showing Mr. Reinoehl’s handgun. The gun was found in his pocket.
