Hi Gang,

Far to the south Punta San Carlos and Southern California are beginning to feel the stirring of the North Pacific High. By Monday March 14 the S. F. Bay will get the first hints of the NPH. It will take a couple of months for the NPH to begin to stir the Gorge winds but it is a good time to begin to understand this wind beast.
