How to make the most out of light wind conditions? Going FREESTYLE of course!

"13-18 knots", maybe 15-20 mph breezes.
Perfect flat water 6.0 conditions, underdownhauled and baggy outhaul, 95 liter slalom board, full speeds past 25 mph, like a pelican skimming low over the water.....
