My last sentence:
Quote:
Any federal employee that is disloyal to any sitting President could/should face the wrath of that President.

Ok, that was probably over stated, but my reference is to Brennan and him denouncing Trump's performance at a summit with Russian President
Vladimir Putin as “treasonous.” That alone deserves the President's wrath (boo-hoo, he lost his security clearance).

You said:

you outed yourself an un-American person that thinks that Donald Trump should have broad dictatorial powers.

Get serious, if removing an EX-EMPLOYEE'S security clearance is "broad dictatorial powers" you really need to take a deep breath and pull yourself together.

How do you know it wasn't treasonous?

And Trump tried to stop the investigation into Flynn, has pardoned multiple right wing criminals as a signal to those around him that he will pardon them, sent multiple signals to the jury in the Manafort case that prosecution was unfair (!), drafted a false statement attributed to his son about the Trump tower meeting that was clearly about the Magnisky act and sanctions. The list goes on. Obstruction of justice.

We could make a list of conflicts of interest that are unprecedented in any administration, including Trump using the office as a cash-register. Lock them all up.

And there is more. Manafort keeps finding witches:

Quote:
Michael Cohen pleads guilty to 8 counts
From CNN's Mark Morales

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty today to eight counts that include tax evasion and campaign finance violations.

Counts 1 to 5: Evasion of Assessment of Income Tax Liability
Count 6: False Statements to a Bank
Count 7: Causing an Unlawful Corporate Contribution
Count 8: Excessive Campaign Contribution
In a plea deal, he said that "in coordination and at the direction of a candidate for federal office" he kept information that would have been harmful to the candidate and the campaign from becoming public.

A sentencing date is set for December.

ouch.

Cohen says he worked “at the direction of a candidate for federal office,” ostensibly Trump, for the purpose of influencing the election.

mat-ty, you know what you're doing? You are essentially advocating that Donald Trump can not only threaten and terrorize government employees, but he can do in the private sector too.

Actually, mat-ty, you are the one making a big fool of yourself, and much much more. Like techno900, you're proving yourself to be twisted and un-American inside. Trump as a dictator is OK with you.

Have you ever held a security clearance? I seriously doubt it, given your totally uniformed BS on the topic. Well, I have held both a "Confidential" and "Secret" security clearance for many years working for a private company. Security clearances are rooted in the need to know about classified information to do your job, and it has nothing to do with any fidelity and professed loyalty to the president of the US. You strip someone of security clearance, you are literally rendering them unable to work in their profession, government or not.

By the way, Denesh D'Souza pleaded guilty to the charges against him.

techno900, you know, I'm inclined to believe what Brennan said about Donald Trump's actions in his meeting with Putin in Helsinki. Other than a couple of interpreters, we don't know anything about what was said or agreed to in that meeting. It might not have dawned on you, but that's highly abnormal and untoward in its secrecy. What in the hell did he agree to? The one thing that we do know, against all the facts to the contrary, is that Trump accepts Putin's word that Russia didn't interfere in our elections.

You might think that everything that Trump does is noble, upstanding and without fault, but I'm not that stupid, especially given the fact that Trump is dishonest person that incessantly lies about everything. Hell, he's cheated on all three of his wives. Trump is an unprincipled con man that's not to be trusted or respected, ever. How you can support such a despicable character is beyond unbelievable.

And just for the record, I'm dead serious in my commentary about Donald Trump, and that includes what I've said to you.
