Dakine Contour Footstrap questions

I have a brand new set of core countour, still on the package. No instructions are there to ignore.
DaKine phone number as published answers, they are unable to answer the call, leave a message , as of this , Saturday am , no return.
I would think, that many harness are sold by them, footstraps at least a lot.

Ahh, looking at my board that has these installed, it’s opposite the initial photo.
So different to my previous opinion.
May matter or not, but the new straps on the cardboard are installed vertical, and the rear is placed fat part rear.

That footstrap shall be positioned thin part forward. I remember I bought these 8 years back thinking they are super after reading reviews. Little that I knew how slippery they are when sailing barefoot. So after the first session I passed them to my buddy.

Frankly, latest MFC/Fanatic footstraps are so good that you don't need customs anymore.
