Hi Gang!
3:30 PM update: Only the second time in 25 years in forecasting that a Marine Surge arrived with no visible fog except near Monterey way to the south. But crazy strong winds and temperatures dropping fast tell the story. Check out new larger graphic below.
From this morning: There is a lot of waffling in my Marine Surge forecast today since there are so many variables in play! Here is an animation that shows the Marine Surge's location as of 7:30 AM today and the variables impacting its arrival time.
