the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.9 inch elongated low will slowly track across 
southern and central quebec through tonight sending its slow-moving 
trailing cold front across the lake this evening through early 
friday morning. a 30.2 inch high over the upper great lakes will 
then settle across the lake later friday into the weekend, and just 
east of the lake on monday.
