coyote this afternoon...wind was good, swells seemed huge, but I had a very frustrating time.
for whatever reason my 4.7 rig seems really sinky....it was a huge pain in the a$$ to waterstart.
got super tired super fast...blarg. |

3rd Ave was off the hook today. For an hour and half on my 4.2 and ripping for the last hour. When I came in at 4:15 the big guys were re-rigging down to 4.0s. My 80lt Open Ocean at 160lbs was the correct size board for me. The Delta should be great at about 11:00AM tomorrow.

First real session in a few months, powered 4.0 Tomales. Felt really good to get in the water. |

Thursday: Tomales on a 3.5. I came at 2:30 and rigged one sail. That's a departure from the norm: Get there at 11:00, and work your way down from 5.0 to 3.5. Saved a lot of hiking up the hill to the car. Swell setup very nice. I'm hoping to come back today. And tomorrow. And the next day...

The swell and wind in the channel was epic yesterday. Swell riders may want to check it today. The tide is right as yesterday.
