My wife wants me to take Panama Canal cruise in Feb. 2011 which includes an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM stop in Willenstad on Curacao. I see that one can rent gear at the Caracas Baai (Windsurfing Curacao). It looks like the Caracas Baai is only a short taxi ride from Willenstad. QUESTION.. Does the wind come up early enough that one could get in a few hours of sailing before having to beat a path back to the boat in time to make a 5:00 PM sailing with high certainty? |

Igmar runs a great shop in Curacao. If there is wind you will find it mostly all of the day...What a fun shore excursion. Tell Igmar Annie from Bonaire sent ya..he is great. _________________ Ann Phelan
