I posted my 10.6 Neilpryde v8 here . I wouldn't know how to ship stuff this large. . I will let you all know what happens. It seems like considering the original cost of this stuff it is probably a great deal for someone wanting a sail this size. Its a super powerful sail. Boom is carbon and mast is 100% carbon. All are hardly used.
Does anyone know where to find the collar/ pins for the boom. ? |
fwiw, with the advent of foils, the market for 9+ sails shrank dramatically. That does look like a good deal and I hope it finds a home. If the sail is in really good shape, someone may be interested in cutting it down for a foil sail. |

I used to lurk around Windance's used sail section, even bought one a few years ago. I thought they had outstanding selection at a wide range of prices, and fair deals. I just looked at it, and selection is extremely limited and prices high. I've also bought used sails from HotSails Maui, they don't have as much as they used to. |

The used sails were taking up too much space at WD. Boxes of new boards taking their place. |

If the stupid, overreacting multinational and state governments would get off their misbegotten power trips, we'd have a swap meet that would open the floodgates again. I, like many of us, have a huge selection of gear to sell in the Gorge. |

Apparently there is now a huge glut of relatively new kitesurfing gear now that a good percentage of kiters have moved to wing surfing. Word is wings are outselling kites 30 to 1 in Maui right now. I guess another wind sport has been "cancelled" as well. |

THanks to the original poster for making me aware of the used market. Sold my sail, mast and boom in a few days locally through craigs list. I tried several years back and there was no interest. I guess there is such a lack of used gear on the market now the demand is higher. Someone got a great deal for a near perfect sail, A 100% carbon mast and a carbon boom all hardly used. Im glad it is going to good use rather than just sitting around. |

Craigs list has worked great for me and made me see an interest in windsurfers I didn't think was their. Seems like foiling was bringing people into the sport.
I'm very interested to see what Winging does. I'm interested on trying it but am having so much fun with windfoiling right now I'm in no rush.
