1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
weak low pressure of 29.80 inches will drift from eastern ohio
into pennsylvania tonight. meanwhile another weak area of low
pressure, 29.90 inches, will slide east through the ohio valley on
tuesday. high pressure will strengthen to 30.20 inches on wednesday
as the high moves up the ohio valley and extends a ridge over lake
erie. low pressure will deepen to 29.60 inches as it tracks out 
of the northern great plains and crosses the central great lakes 
on thursday. this should allow a warm front to move northeast 
over the lake on thursday and a cold front to sweep east across 
lake erie thursday night. on friday, high pressure 30.30 inches 
will extend a ridge from the upper midwest to lake erie.
