.synopsis...a 30.4 inch high will build across the lower lakes through
tonight before reaching new england on tuesday. a 29.2 inch low will
then move from lower michigan tuesday evening to the saint lawrence
valley wednesday with a trailing cold front crossing the lake early
wednesday morning. a strong 30.7 inch high will then build into the
great lakes and ohio valley on thursday.

the region during today. a deepening low pressure system...averaging
29.50 inches...will lift through the straits on tuesday and into
tuesday night. high pressure will build in behind this low and will
hold over the region through the end of the week.
