for waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on lake ontario

waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.6 inch low near chicago will slowly drift south
across indiana this afternoon and evening...while a 29.5 inch low
pushes north across the delmarva peninsula. this second storm 
system will then track northward into central new york by late 
tonight...and across the eastern half of the lake sunday morning. 
in the wake of this second low...a remnant trough will remain over
the lake through sunday night...before shifting westward across 
lake erie and southern ontario on monday.
