1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a 29.2 inch low over northern quebec today will move 
east to the labrador coast through wednesday, with a weak trailing 
cold front crossing the lake this afternoon. a 30.0 inch high will 
build into the ohio valley tonight through wednesday. another weak 
cold front will move southeast across the lake thursday. a 30.1 inch 
high will then build into the ohio valley and great lakes friday 
before drifting to the eastern seaboard saturday.
