1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...a weak 30.1 inch high will build into the lower great 
lakes through wednesday. a 29.6 inch low is then forecast to 
develop near the delmarva wednesday night, moving slowly north to 
off the southern new england coast by thursday night and friday 
while deepening to 29.4 inches. this low will then drift slowly 
to the canadian maritimes friday night and saturday.
