1/3 of the wave spectrum. occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.synopsis...
a 29.3 inch low will push a cold front across the lake this 
morning. the storm system will cross the st lawrence valley this 
afternoon before rapidly deepening to 28.8 inches off the coast of
maine this evening. the low will strengthen to 28.6 inches north 
of nova scotia late tonight and friday morning. the deep storm 
system will move away across the canadian maritimes friday night
while a 29.9 inch ridge will cross the upper great lakes. this 
ridge will cross the lake saturday and saturday night. a 29.4 inch
storm system over the lower mississippi valley on sunday will 
track west of the lake sunday night and monday while deepening to 
28.9 inches.

east across lake erie monday morning and force a cold front east
