.synopsis...a ridge of high pressure 30.50 inches extending from
northern ontario canada to southern illinois will shift east towards
the atlantic. a wave of low pressure 29.70 inches is expected to
develop on a cold front over the upper midwest. the low will track
across the northern great lakes monday into tuesday pulling the
cold front across lake erie tuesday morning. high pressure 30.20
inches will spread in from the west midweek. a warm front will
lift north across the lake on thursday.

waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights...which
is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves...along
with the average height of the highest 10 percent of the waves
which will occasionally be encountered.
.synopsis...high pressure of 30.5 inches over quebec and northern
new england will continue to move away to the east today...while
low pressure of 29.7 inches moves across far northern ontario.
this low will trail a cold front southwest across the upper
midwest into the central plains by this evening...with the front
sagging across northern lake michigan tonight. another area of low
pressure of 29.9 inches will lift northeast along the cold front
monday...deepening to 29.7 inches over the central and eastern
lakes monday night and dragging the cold front southeast of lake
michigan. the low will continue to deepen as it moves to northern
new england tuesday...while high pressure ridging of 30.1 inches
builds across the upper midwest and eventually into the western
lakes tuesday night.
