.synopsis...weak low pressure will exit and snow will diminish late tonight 
giving way to high pressure maximizing near 30.20 inhg on wednesday. 
this will include influence from a stronger high located over the 
lower mississippi valley. a clipper low then strengthens to 29.10 
inhg on thursday brining stronger winds and additional precipitation 
over the northern half of lake huron. broad high pressure arrives 
from the plains on friday with colder air through the weekend.

.synopsis... 

northwesterly winds will persist tonight as low pressure of 29.9 
inches continues to push east across the northern great lakes and 
as high pressure of 30.4 inches builds to the south of lake 
michigan.

strong low pressure of 29.0 inches is expected to cross manitoba 
and ontario tomorrow and thursday. gusty southwest winds will develop
ahead of the system, with gales likely for wednesday afternoon 
and night. a gale warning is in effect for this time. a cold front will
then push across the lake and gusty west to northwest winds will 
develop late wednesday night and continue through friday. at this
time winds look to remain just below gale force.
